All of our services come with a built-in firewall on our User Control Panel. Although, some of our packages come with extended mitigation services. This extra service can be found on our VDS-GAME and VPS-GAME services as well as our GAME server hosting.
This service (explained here) works by blocking all UDP ports. To get around this, we provide the ability to open up UDP ports on our firewall so that you can use your game servers.
In addition, if you would like to completely disable this extra firewall component, there is a ‘disable’ button on your network tab of your virtual server / service.
