First of all, check the node status to see if there is packet loss on the node and you’re the only one experiencing it from https://smokeping.fulltimehosting.net/?target=FTH
Packetloss is denoted by different colours on smokeping. The green line on the graph denotes 0% Loss and red means there is severe packetloss. If there is no packetloss shown on smokeping then check your connection quality to your server using WinMTR and copy the result for at least 100 packets sent and attach the result to the support ticket so that the relevant team can look into the issue and resolve it in a timely manner.
